• Understands business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and test scenarios.
  
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to gather and validate requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test scripts for SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, HR, or others based on the project.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing in SAP environments.
  
• Execute test scripts and document results, including tracking bugs and issues using tools like HP ALM, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
  
• Validate data flows, interfaces, and reports in the SAP system.
  
• Log, analyze, and track defects in coordination with development and functional teams.
  
• Perform root cause analysis for identified issues and support their resolution.
  
• Ensure retesting and closure of defects as per project timelines.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
  
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to project management.
  
• Contribute to test status reports, metrics, and documentation for audits and compliance.
  
• Participate in testing SAP patches, support packs, and version upgrades.
  
• Ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems post-upgrade by validating critical business processes.
  
• Contribute to the automation of repetitive test cases using tools like SAP TAO, TestComplete, or UFT.
  

• Bachelor s Degree in IT or equivalent between 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP testing, including functional and integration testing.
  
• Hands-on experience in at least one or more SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, or HR.
  
• Familiarity with SAP tools like SAP Solution Manager, TAO, or Worksoft Certify.
  
• Proficiency in testing tools like HP ALM, Jira, or UFT.
  
• Prior experience working on TOSCA automation.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (desirable).
  
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA testing is a plus.
  
• Prefer to know automation frameworks and scripting for SAP test scenarios.
  

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understands business processes for focus areas or modules.
• Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
• Learn/understand consulting soft skills necessary on engagements, as well as with team collaborative initiatives.

• Understands client s business and technical environment.
• Assists the project team efforts in documenting the developing solutions for client situations.
• Assists team effort in preparing and developing solution documentation for projects.
• Completes assignments within the budget, meets project deadlines, makes and keeps sensible commitments to the team.
• Meets billing efficiency targets, complies with all administrative responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
• Learn to understand and adhere to project and organization guidelines with all administrative responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
• Keeps manager apprised of workload direction and concerns.
• Learn to analyse and develop reliable solutions that produce efficient and effective outcomes.
• Develop a deeper understanding of SAP methodologies, tools, standards, and techniques.
• Assists with project documentation, and demonstrates effective organizational skills, with minimal supervision.
• Adopt learning quality standards, and correctly prioritizes own activities following the project plan.
• Provides project team and leaders with updates on the progress and difficulties encountered, and provides value-added insight and understanding, for future program development.
