Role & responsibilities

• Engage with clients via calls, emails, or in person to understand their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products/services and guide clients through the decision-making process.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintained accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for the effective execution of strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and the MS Office Suite.
