As the Principal AI Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our AI product roadmap.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers, to ensure the successful delivery of our AI products.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business goals. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI product features and enhancements.

Translate product vision and requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of AI products.

Drive continuous improvement of AI products through data-driven decisions and user feedback. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into the product roadmap. Lead and mentor a team of product owners to ensure consistent and effective product management practices.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in AI product management.

Proven track record of successfully delivering AI products from ideation to launch. In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in mentoring and developing a team of product owners.
