Website Development Intern (Wix - Online Course Platform)

Intliri Academy is looking for a highly motivated Website Development Intern with hands-on experience in Wix to help build and optimize our online course platform. The intern will be responsible for designing and developing a fully functional website with a homepage, multiple landing pages, student login system, course registration system, and restricted access for enrolled students. This role is perfect for someone who has prior experience in developing websites on Wix and understands its integrations like Online Courses, Member Area, and A/B testing.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Wix Website Development (mandatory)
• Experience with Wix Online Courses & Member Area
• Knowledge of Wix Velo (for custom functionalities) is a plus
• Understanding of website design, UI/UX, and A/B testing
• Familiarity with payment gateway integration (Wix Payments/Stripe/Razorpay)
• Basic understanding of SEO & website performance optimization
• Knowledge of Google Analytics & conversion tracking (preferred)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Intern Role and Responsibilities:

1. Website Development & Setup

• Build a homepage and six landing pages (2 per course for A/B testing)
• Implement Wix Online Courses & Member Area for student login and course access
• Set up restricted access so only enrolled students can access specific courses

2. A/B Testing & Optimization

• Create two versions of each landing page and set up tracking
• Optimize pages based on conversion insights

3. Course Registration & Payment Integration

• Enable student sign-up & login functionality
• Set up payment gateway integration (Wix Payments/Stripe/Razorpay)
• Ensure smooth course enrollment process

4. Performance & Security Enhancements

• Optimize site speed and mobile responsiveness
• Implement basic security measures to protect content

5. Testing & Debugging

• Regularly test site functionality
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs/issues

6. Documentation & Handover

• Document the website setup, integrations, and configurations
• Provide a handover guide for future maintenance

Additional Canditate Profile:

• Prior experience developing websites on Wix (portfolio links are a plus)
• Knowledge of A/B testing strategies
• Understanding of website security & access restrictions
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
