Policybazaar is looking for highly motivated International Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role involves handling international sales for our insurance products and services. *Key Responsibilities:*

- Engage with international clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions.

- Maintain high standards of customer service to build and sustain strong relationships.

- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.

- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively answer client inquiries.

- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions in CRM systems.

- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.

*Skills & Qualifications:*

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass).

- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a competitive environment.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
