Manager - Technical Sales Pharmaceuticals

As the Manager - Technical Sales Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical sales representatives and driving the sales of our pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, establish relationships with key customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of technical sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the sales of pharmaceutical products.
3. Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
4. Provide technical support and training to the sales team on pharmaceutical products and their applications.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and launch new products and promotional materials.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and threats.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or related field. Master s degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their applications.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams to success.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
