IT Manager

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead both project implementations and daily operations, ensuring seamless software usage across the organization while managing external development partnerships and internal stakeholder needs. This role combines strategic project leadership with hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Lead end-to-end project coordination between internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain Management, Accounts, Operations) and external software vendors
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear timelines and milestones
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all project phases
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

Requirements Management

• Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with various internal departments
• Document and validate business requirements with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the vendor team
• Ensure alignment between developed features and original requirements

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Oversee the testing phase of implemented features
• Validate that all use cases meet specified requirements
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with internal teams
• Document and track issue resolution
