Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Coordinate end to end recruitment process and help recruiters to align interviews till feedback process.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Operations:
Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry, and daily coordination with the admin staff for facility management.
Provide support to the HR Manager and the HR Team as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics as and when required.
Organizing events and preparing plans to ensure employee motivation and engagement.
Skills and Experience
Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.
Should be a self-starter, with out of the box thinking ability.
Good written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Should have quick adaptability. Strong interpersonal skills and someone who loves working for people.
