RCT Solutions - Manager - International Tax - Real Estate - CPA/CA (7-12 yrs)

Role: Manager Taxation

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Education: Chartered Accountant, CPA, EA,

- Must have good experience in US Partnership Compliance (8825) in real Estate, REIT, Rental.

- Days working from office (One day working from home) Time - 12.30 to 9.30 pm.

- Good communication skills.

- Responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients.

- Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services.

- Research and consult on technical matters and special projects.

- Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service.

- As a part of our client's team you will have an opportunity to work seamlessly with your US team members by utilizing our state of the art technology and electronic office tools and processes.

- Manage, train, and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process.

Basic qualifications for the opportunity:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.

- 7+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience.

- CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent.

- Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts.

Experience working with Real Estate/REITS.

Ideally, you will also have:

- Master's Degree in Tax, accounting or equivalent field.

- 1+ years of supervisory experience.
