JOB DESCRIPTION:


Position : Tendering and Estimation for International Projects

B.E/M.E in Electrical Engineering

Experience 10-15 years experience in any reputed EPC Company involved in Electrical Turnkey Projects in Substation, Transmission Lines & Distribution projects, shall be preferable.

Job Description

• TENDERING ACTIVITIES:
• Thoroughly study tender documents to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit pre-bid queries; follow up for clarifications.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site surveys as needed.
• Prepare enquiries and collect backup offers from sub-vendors.
• Verify supplier documents for tender adequacy and compile necessary documents.
• Organize all required bid documents and track bid status.

• ESTIMATION & COSTING:
• Review sub-vendor offers, negotiate rates, and assess project costs.
• Prepare detailed costing for the project, including analysis & backup
• Present cost estimates to management for review and approval.
