- Liaise with universities to actively source emerging talents for Infineon Technologies
- Interact with internal stake holders and hiring managers and obtain job descriptions
- Conduct university assessment and Recce for Infineon employment, Build professional relationship and network with College/Universities.
- Partner with internal Branding Teams to design, develop and conduct recruitment campaigns and support digital marketing initiatives.
- Lead the interviewing process, Scheduling meetings with Hiring Managers and Support placement related activities to drive successful candidate selection.
- Conduct active engagement with candidates through periodic communication and ensure seamless recruitment to onboarding journey.
- Maintain candidate information and data in Infineon ATS internal systems, report recruitment dashboards for management reporting.
Qualification and Skills required:
Bachelors or Masters (MBA/BBM/BCom / BCA (Full Time) with 70% and above)
- Working level experience on MS office, HR systems.
- Fair understanding on recruiting and Talent Sourcing concepts.
- Fair understanding of networking tools and job boards.
- Excellent communicator with extrovert persona with good social media skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills who can adjust in an fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.
- Proactive, Goal-oriented, ambitious, Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity
