Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Execution:
Develop, refine, and execute luxury interior design concepts for rooms, lobby, Banquets suites, and other resort spaces.
Create well-designed style boards, room sets, and set designs that align with the 5 star resort s brand aesthetic.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
2. Styling Direction:
Utilize expertise in both commercial and residential interiors to curate stylish and functional spaces.
Select furniture, fabrics, accessories, and d cor that complement the overall design vision.
Provide accurate styling direction across all projects to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
3.Concept Development:
Participate in the initial concept creation and brainstorming sessions for various projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and luxury design innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
4.Collaboration Coordination:
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate styling seamlessly with spatial planning.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and furnishings.
5. Attention to Detail:
Ensure that all elements of styling are executed with exceptional attention to detail and precision.
Perform final quality checks to maintain the highest standards in design and styling.

Proven experience working with reputed architects or interior designers in India or abroad.
At least 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality design, including work on 5-star resorts or high-end residential interiors.
Strong expertise in luxury interiors, spatial planning, and styling for premium spaces.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury design aesthetics.
