Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Execution:
Conceptualize, develop, and implement high-end interior designs for various spaces within the resort.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design objectives are met.
Monitor design execution, ensuring adherence to luxury standards and brand aesthetics.
2. Project Management:
Plan and oversee renovation or new design projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with procurement teams to source premium materials, furniture, and equipment.
Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor milestones.
3. Maintenance Oversight:
Work closely with the property maintenance team to ensure interiors are well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring upgrades or refurbishments.
4. Equipment Materials:
Manage inventory and selection of equipment and design elements to ensure durability, functionality, and luxury.
Optimize the use of resources to maintain budgetary guidelines without compromising quality.
5. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor junior designers and coordinate with various departments.
Provide technical guidance and ensure the team s deliverables meet Della s high standards.
Key Skills Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of luxury interior design, materials, and trends.
Expertise in execution and project management in the hospitality industry.
Strong technical understanding of construction processes and maintenance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
