APQP Planning

PPAP document upload for concerned customer on customer Portal

preparation of customer specific documents & presentation.

Scheduling meetings with customers & Capturing MOM.

Weekly review and update the project status

-

Monitoring & planning stages of PIR

-

Coordination with internal department

-

Creating & Managing projects in PLM

-

Esclation delay and risk

-

Creating & managing all SOP & under development projects in PLM

-

PPAP Audits & Submission & uploading of customer specific documents as well as PPAP on customer PLM.

-

Conducting PTR and project transfer to Production team after successful PTR

-

Monitoring SOP project till 3 months+SOP
