Job Description:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and services to customers. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems. The Service Engineer will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Shall be specialized in CCTV/FAS System
Responsibilities
1. Install, maintain, and repair equipment according to company procedures and guidelines.
2. Diagnose faults and repair equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively.
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Respond to service calls and inquiries from customers in a timely manner.
5. Provide technical support and assistance to customers over the phone, via email, or on-site.
6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex technical issues.
7. Keep accurate records of service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
8. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and new technologies.
10. Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
