Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

The Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to customers at their locations. This role involves traveling to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with equipment, systems, or software. The Onsite Technician will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

Preferred in CCTV / FAS

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and assistance as needed.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment, systems, or software.
3. Repair or replace faulty components to restore functionality.
4. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
5. Install and configure hardware, software, and peripherals according to customer requirements.
6. Test and evaluate equipment and systems to ensure they meet performance standards.
7. Document service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
8. Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
9. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.
10. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex technical issues.

11. Mechanical Engineer - 5 Years experience in Firefighting system

12. Design of Firefighting & Alarm system , Auto CAD, Ms Excel
