Operations Department., Sr. Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

1. Submission of import arrival notice to partners & close co-ordination with partners for filing IGM/SAM/CSN on ICEGATE system
2. Preparation of import advance list & export advanced list & submit to terminal. Clear discrepancy.
3. Collection of CBF from partners & submission to central planner for pre-plan, preparing BTL & sharing to partners.
4. Prepare export TDR & additional charges with estimate.
5. Import & export invoice check.
6. Vessel boarding & terminal operation.
7. Maintain DPD container list
8. TML performance data and upload in IAL system.
9. Weekly & monthly import allocation report, supplementary IGM, daily report.
10. Monthly import & export SOC report
11. Repair approval INMUN of reefer & dry units and malfunction follow up
12. MS-FL/MA-MS / MS/ FU report & follow-up, Monitoring movement (via CODECO) activity
13. EQC up-dation. (discharge/depot code/error file correction/tally with system)
14. Empty repo management (all services)
15. Tallied daily stock inventory of all status. Empty yard/CFS/terminal
16. Daily reefer & dry DL status report and follow-up with yard for repair.
17. MNR Billing / CFS invoices
18. Long stay IMPORT FOLLOW UP/long stay allotment follow up with CS/SALSE team
19. Empty repo management (ALL SERVICES)
20. Daily reefer & dry DL status report and follow-up with yard for repair.
21. IFA122 updating/ LG & RE-EXPORT preparation
22. Daily Inventory report / Import & Export Sheet Updating.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should have excellent communication skills both verbal & written.

2. Candidate should be able to do multi-tasking and meet deadlines .

3. Candidate should have a go getter attitude with virtuous convincing power .

4. Candidate should have sound knowledge of vessel daily operations (vessel movements, documents etc.)
