Job openings for Quality Analyst - Accounts Receivable (AR) Process - RCM healthcare sector

We are hiring for Quality Auditor to join our Accounts Receivable team in the healthcare sector.

Experience As a Quality Auditor/ Quality Analyst can apply / candidates with SME-AR in Physician Billing Experience can also apply .

Role & responsibilities

.

• Good and expertise knowledge in RCM, Denials, and AR process.
• Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with AR specialists, billing teams, and to address audit findings and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on billing guidelines, and compliance standards relevant to healthcare revenue cycles.
• Trending errors to determine training opportunities
• Preferred candidates .Experience in Quality Auditor/ Quality Analyst can apply / candidates with Sr. AR/SME Experience can also apply Healthcare Sector .

Qualifications/Criteria:

• Minimum 4-6 years of AR experience
• Expert level knowledge in Medical Billing, RCM, Denials, and AR process
• Any Bachelors degree
• Benefits experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with specific expertise in Accounts Receivable auditing preferred in Healthcare billing processes
