Job description - UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented User Interface designer. The candidate will be responsible to understand our business requirements to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will be working with developers. Experience in designing end-to-end digital products.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to application requirements.
• Develop standard UI components and style guides.
• Oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces.
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Understand the application development process.
• Design, build and deliver high-quality UX artifacts Create storyboards, wireframes, designs, and interactive prototypes to guide design and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mock-ups, and prototypes Communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors
  

Experience and Skill Expectations

• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience and demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Experience in creating Web and Mobile Application UI design, Website designs, PPT Presentation.
• Knowledge in creating tutorial/prototype videos.
• Developing graphics for print and publication when needed.
• Ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stress design process under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
