Senior .Net Developer - Backend Technologies (7-10 yrs)

We are seeking an energetic and passionate technologist to join our .NET development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a complex application for a leading healthcare recruitment brand in the US.

Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality, bug-free, and performant applications, addressing client requests, troubleshooting issues, and proposing technological enhancements. Additionally, you will play a key role in training new hires, ensuring seamless client handling, and fostering a collaborative development environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize .NET applications for a healthcare recruitment platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring timely bug fixes and performance improvements.

- Collaborate with clients to understand requests for enhancements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Suggest and implement technological improvements for application efficiency.

- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding and development standards.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance testing using Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Must-Have :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 7-12 years of software development experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC (version 3 or later), and MVVM.

- Proficiency with the .NET MVC platform.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and N-tier architecture.

- Expertise in .NET 4.5 and higher frameworks (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET).

- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, including debugging and performance testing in TFS.

- Knowledge of IIS/Hosting Environments, Web Services, and Winform-based solutions.

- Familiarity with HTML, XML, multi-threaded applications, and Async operations.

- Experience using GitHub for version control.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, and Web API.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure development and Azure DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Angular or React JS.

- Microsoft Azure Certifications.
