We are an active AI-based educational platform dedicated to empowering educators and enhancing student learning experiences across India. We are integrating the latest National Curriculum Framework (NCF) guidelines to help educators effortlessly create AI-generated courses for students from Grade 1 to Grade 10 for CBSE. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Curriculum Specialist / Educational Content Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in this mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interpret and Organize NCF Guidelines:

Thoroughly review and comprehend the latest NCF guidelines and learning outcomes prescribed by educational authorities in India.
Categorize and structure the learning outcomes by grade, subject, and topic to create an accessible and logical framework.

Data Structuring and Management:

Develop and maintain a structured database (e.g., spreadsheets, databases) of the learning outcomes for integration into the platform.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, facilitating efficient retrieval and manipulation by the AI systems.

Alignment of AI-Generated Content:

Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to ensure that the AI-generated courses align perfectly with the NCF guidelines and educational standards.
Provide expert insights to refine algorithms that map learning outcomes to course content, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments.

Quality Assurance and Content Verification:

Review and validate the AI-generated educational content for accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical soundness.
Implement checks and balances to maintain high-quality standards in the course materials provided to educators.

Curriculum Development and Instructional Design:

Apply best practices in curriculum development to enhance the effectiveness of the course content.
Design instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and educational needs of students from Grade 1 to Grade 10.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, software developers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure cohesive integration of curriculum content.
Provide training and support to internal teams and educators on the nuances of the NCF guidelines and how to effectively utilize the platform.

Regular Updates and Compliance:

Stay updated with any changes or updates in the NCF guidelines and ensure timely incorporation into the platform.
Ensure all content complies with legal and ethical standards, including copyright laws and licensing agreements.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

Establish mechanisms for educators to provide feedback on the generated courses.
Analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement and work towards enhancing the curriculum content and generation processes.

Deliverables:

Comprehensive Curriculum Database: A well-organized and structured database of NCF learning outcomes for Grades 1- 10, ready for integration with the AI systems.
Alignment Reports: Detailed reports confirming the alignment of AI-generated content with NCF guidelines and highlighting any discrepancies or areas needing adjustment.
Quality Assurance Documentation: Checklists, guidelines, and documentation used in the content verification process to ensure transparency and consistency.
Curriculum Development Guidelines: Documents outlining instructional design principles and strategies tailored for AIgenerated course content.
Training Materials: Resources and materials developed to train internal teams and educators on the NCF guidelines and effective use of the platform.
Feedback Analysis Reports: Regular reports summarizing educator feedback and recommendations for content and system improvements.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or educational content creation, preferably within the Indian education system.
Proven experience with the National Curriculum Framework and understanding of its application in educational settings.

Expertise:

Deep understanding of pedagogical principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with educational standards and learning outcome frameworks for Grades 1-10.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using data management tools (e.g., Excel, database software).
Basic understanding of AI(ChatGPT) and educational technology platforms is a plus.

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyse and interpret educational guidelines and translate them into practical applications.
Attention to detail in reviewing and verifying educational content.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey complex educational concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience in collaborating with software developers, designers, and other technical personnel.

Adaptability:

Ability to stay updated with changes in educational standards and adapt accordingly.
