Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer with 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and translate them into efficient and high-quality C++ code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications in C++.
• Analyze system requirements, technical specifications, and design solutions that meet performance, scalability, and quality standards.
• Implement algorithms, optimize code, and handle memory management in high-performance applications.
• Work with hardware and embedded systems where necessary, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to best development practices.
• Collaborate with QA and other development teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration of software components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing systems for better performance and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in C++ development.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 8 years of professional experience in C++ development.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C++ (11/14/17) and familiarity with multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with STL (Standard Template Library) and Boost libraries.
• Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning C++ applications.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, and build tools like CMake.
• Familiarity with operating system concepts, particularly in Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of network programming, embedded systems, or real-time systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
