• Utilize the IH app to compile case summaries based on patients previous treatment history and interactions with them over the phone.
  
• Upload case summaries onto the IH web app for doctors to review.
  
• Access the IH web app for viewing case details but without the ability to initiate teleconsultations or edit doctor recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH), KCDO and Intelehealth teams to gain access to TMH\u2019s teleconsultation portal and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training of TMH teleconsulting doctors and helpline staff on pilot workflows and IH tech platforms.

Teleconsultation Support and Observation:

• Attend teleconsultations with oncology consultants during the pilot to observe and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the IH web app.
  
• Transfer doctors\u2019 recommendations from the IH web app to the TMH teleconsultation portal, ensuring integration with TMH systems.
  
• Ensure teleconsultation summaries are shared with patients through TMH\u2019s systems and saved in TMH\u2019s EMR for future reference.
  
• Identify and address challenges in the teleconsultation process.
  
• Gather feedback from healthcare providers on their experience with the IH platform, case summaries, and overall workflow.

Reporting and Feedback Compilation:

• Compile observations, provider feedback, and key learnings from the pilot phase.
  
• Present findings and recommendations to Intelehealth / KCDO-TMH at the end of the pilot.

Coordinate with Intelehealth Team

• Collaborate / Liaise with IH team ( Programs, Tech, and Product teams) as needed to provide regular project updates & report issues.
  
• Report any technical issues and recommend technological upgrades based on evidence or data analysis.
  
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports as required by the project.
  
• Knowledge of creating mind maps or JSON files for the protocol is a plus.

Qualifications:
