Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced D-365 BC/NAV Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and NAV, with strong functional and technical capabilities. The role involves end-to-end implementation, solution design, customization, and support of Business Central/NAV solutions while ensuring best practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) / NAV using Microsoft methodologies.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to design robust ERP solutions.

- Provide pre-sales support, including demonstrations and proposal development.

- Design and implement solutions across key modules : Financials, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehousing, Jobs & Resource Management.

- Lead the customization, development, and configuration of NAV/BC solutions to meet client requirements.

- Conduct functional testing, user training, and post-implementation support.

- Develop and implement system enhancements, extensions, and integrations.

- Work with third-party applications and add-ons to enhance Business Central functionality.

- Assist in technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.

- Support migration and upgrade projects from older NAV versions to Business Central.

- Manage and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.

- (Preferred) Demonstrate project management skills to oversee end-to-end project delivery.

Technical & Functional Skills Required :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D-365 Business Central.

- Strong understanding of functional modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehousing.

- Experience in C/AL, AL language, Visual Studio Code, and Extensions Development.

- Proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, Jet Reports, and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Expertise in customizing and extending Business Central / NAV solutions.

- Experience in integrating Business Central/NAV with other applications.

- Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- High-quality documentation and requirements gathering skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Logic Apps) (preferred).
