Product Operations Analyst

What this role entails:

• Develops detailed IT project charters, plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, risk/issue registers, status reports and other project management artifacts for assigned project(s).
• Forges positive relationships with peers and leadership, and inspires influences others using referential authority
• Uses knowledge of Project Management best practices to drive projects to successful completion
• Appropriately and consistently assesses, documents and addresses risk and change on assigned projects
• Recommends and oversees process improvements
• Understands stakeholder audience and ensures appropriate levels of communication, involvement, and contribution
• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
• Actively advocates for the best interests of the project goals
• Understands the necessity of project management standards and applies them consistently
• Handles multiple competing priorities appropriately
• Communicates effectively and regularly with project team and stakeholders, including management and executive leadership
