Job Description
- Execute various development/technical activities to implement the integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other third-party systems
- Understand SAP SuccessFactors data structure, APIs and different integration tools (Integration Center, CPI, Reports, etc)
- Support and prepare technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design
- Deliver high quality work
- Respect delivery timeline
- Communicate effectively with technical leads and other team members
- Come up with out-of-box ideas to problems and challenges
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in any type of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors; e.g., CPI, Boomi, etc., or 2+ years of experience in any type of integrations; e.g., SAP PI/PO, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc
- Above 65% average academic marks
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs - an advantage
- Knowledge of any programming language - an advantage
- Currently certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules - an advantage
- Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Live in and qualified to work in India
