Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring seamless progression from initiation to completion.
2.Define precise project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals, working closely with stakeholders.
3.Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
4.Partner with clients to understand their unique requirements and ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions.
5.Communicate project updates, challenges, and resolutions effectively to clients and key stakeholders.
6.Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate strategies to ensure smooth execution.
7.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in adherence to defined milestones and deadlines.
8.Champion Agile methodologies, driving Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
9.Continuously improve Agile processes, identifying opportunities for optimization within the project framework.
10.Oversee and implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in software development and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:
1.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Agile project management.
2.Strong track record in web application development.
3.Experience delivering projects in web application development, product development in .NET, Java, MERN/MEAN stack, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) is preferred.
4.Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
5.Hands-on experience in Agile development environments.
6.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
7.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8.Proficiency in client-facing interactions and internal communications at all levels.
9.Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
10.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities.
11.PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum certification preferred.
