Roles and Responsibilities

• Partnering with business leaders to monitor & support for Improving the employee productivity.
• Planning strategic HR initiatives, align the functions with business objectives and needs Work with leaders identify and develop talent with in the organization
• Analyzes workforce trends, identifies workforce needs to ensure right skill are placed.
• Manage employee relations issues / grievances
• Enhance staff morale & promote good HR practices
• Retaining a talented workforce
• HR Analytics: To prepare & analyse MIS reports /presentation to drive decision-making
• Initiating employee engagement programs

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ Years experience required as HR generalist/Business partner
• Proactive in nature good understanding of business functions & updated on the latest industry & HR Trends
