Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled US/UK Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping and accounting, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and MYOB.
This role involves working with international clients, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with US and UK accounting standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software.
- Experience in US and/or UK accounting is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Gain expertise in US and UK bookkeeping and accounting processes.
- Client Communication: Interact with international clients and manage accounting queries professionally.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare training materials, manuals, and process documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare reconciliation reports, Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and final accounts as required.
- Process Optimization: Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Take ownership of team projects and contribute to continuous process improvements
