Research Scientist - Gene Therapy

Role & responsibilities -

1. • Proof of concept studies for the development of new cell therapies.

2. • Preclinical and clinical development of various cell therapies mainly CAR-T cell therapies both for liquid as well as solid tumors.

3. • Planning, designing, execution, troubleshooting and timely completion of experiments independently.

4. • Data analysis and presentation in team meetings/discussions for strategies and operational challenges related to experiments.

5. • Discuss experiment data / analytical results on regular basis with the supervisor.

6. • Maintenance of mammalian cell culture facility / cell therapy facility for GLP/ GMP compliance.

7. • Actively involved in setting up new cell therapy-process development, equipment procurement, installation and qualification.

8. • Contribute towards good documentation practices such as contemporaneous recording of data in the lab note book/ Electronic lab note book and completion of experiments as per requirement.
