MSAT - Executive/Senior Executive

Role:

MSAT functions to support Manufacturing, process improvements, Technology transfer and Life cycle management

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of purification process, optimization and understanding along with handling of automated chromatography system along with documentation for drafting the reports for life cycle management

- Basic knowledge of process monitoring and documentation skills for drafting protocols and reports.

Responsibilities

- Supporting Lifecycle management of commercial products

- Learning, understanding and Executing experiments of DSP for process improvement (TFF, Column packing, unpacking, recipe execution and handling), demonstrating and recording the same in proper format / report

- Executional support for investigation in Scale down model analysis along with statistical analysis

- Performing scale down experimentations to support manufacturing and scale up with proper documentation

- Collecting the relevant data from manufacturing batches for basic analysis for deriving the mean, SD, range etc.

- Monitoring at manufacturing floor during tech transfer, CT batch, and scale up and for process qualification batches
