Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L3 System Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance complex IT infrastructure. As a senior technical expert, he will handle escalated issues, solution design and implement advanced solutions, and lead critical IT projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in advanced system administration, cloud technologies, networking, and virtualization, along with strong leadership and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibility area

➢Project Management Professional (CAPM, PMP, Prince2, MSP etc)

1. Design, deploy, and manage Azure virtual machines, storage, and networking

2.Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of virtualized workloads.

3.Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and availability.

4.Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity solutions.

5.Configure and monitor Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and security compliance policies.

6.Manage and maintain the Active Directory Infrastructure, Perform Active Directory Infrastructure up gradation & L3 level troubleshooting skill.

7.Manage the Windows Active Directory (AD) environment, including servers like DHCP, DNS, WSUS and other services.

8.Manage and maintain Server/San Storage/ Backup VM Ware and Citrix Infrastructure

9.Monitor server health daily and take appropriate actions as needed.

10.Monitor daily backup activities and take action in case of failures or issues.

11.Strong technical knowledge of email systems, Office 365, SFTP

12.Proficiency in administering O365, including configuring and managing user accounts, distribution lists, and email policies.

13.Manage & maintain Filer Server including shared folder creation, User permission.

14.Provide IT assistance for L3 troubleshooting to other IT support teams.

15.Manage user accounts and access controls to client data, and conduct advanced monitoring and Reporting related to Server & Network systems.

16.Implement security measures to safeguard the server infrastructure.

17.Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.

18.Monitor server performance and identify areas for optimization.

19.Troubleshoot and promptly resolve server-related issues.

20.Manage server resources, including storage, memory, and processing power.

21.Scale server infrastructure to accommodate business growth.

22.Plan for capacity and resource expansion.

23.Maintain detailed records of server configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.

24.Generate regular reports on server performance and security.

25.Configure and manage Veeam Backup & Replication for critical systems.

26.Perform regular backup jobs, restoration, replication, and disaster recovery testing.

27.Monitor backup logs, resolve failures, and ensure data recovery readiness.

28.Develop and implement backup strategies to meet RTO/RPO requirements.

29.Regulated Process Knowledge (GxP, GMP, 21 CFR)

30.Excellent communication skills. Good attitude and willingness to learn is crucial requirement.

Skills & Qualifications:

1.Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments.

2.In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and virtualization concepts.

3.Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication setup and administration.

4.Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365 administration.

5.Desired to have certifications in Azure, VMware, Office365

6.Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.

7.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
