Underwriting Specialist

We are looking for people who are keen about being a part of the operations team and ensure smooth operational activity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Individual will act as the first point of contact for everyone in the ecosystem (Insurer, channel partner and Sales team).
• Person will be responsible policy issuance, sharing quotations, handling channel escalations within predefined TAT.
• Own post policy issuance process including submission of documents, payment instrument etc.
• Ensure that all internal systems are updated in a timely manner ensuring reconciliation.
• Coordinate with local insurer to ensure smooth running of business.

Skills Required:

• Should have an experience of 1-2 yrs. in Motor & General Insurance- either in broker or insurer.
• In case of fresher, candidate should be smart enough to learn & capture-quickly the ecosystem & job responsibility.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Should know both English and Hindi
• Graduation in any discipline
