Job description

We are looking for an experienced Import and Export Executive to join our fast-growing international business. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of international trade regulations, and a proven ability to handle the end-to-end logistics and compliance for manufacturing and trading operations..

Job Description :

• Oversee the entire import process, from placing orders to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Collaborate with suppliers, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping.
• Prepare and manage import documentation (e.g., Bill of Entry, Certificate of Origin, invoices, packing lists) in line with global trade requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations to avoid delays or penalties.
• Track shipments and ensure a smooth flow of goods within the supply chain.
• Timely Submission of Bill of entry in bank
• Handle export procedures, including documentation, customs declarations, and logistics for outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and brokers to ensure timely shipments.
• Prepare and manage export documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, export invoices, shipping instructions, and certificates).
• Ensure compliance with all government export regulations and international trade standards.
• Communicate with overseas clients on shipping schedules, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Keep detailed records of all import and export activities to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Provide regular reports on shipment status, costs, and potential risks to management.
• Analyze import/export data to identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
