Dispatch Executive - MALE only

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers while maintaining inventory accuracy. Job Description :

• Order Processing: Receive and review customer orders to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Coordination: Schedule and coordinate dispatch of products with logistics providers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and dispatch activities.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Quality Control: Conduct pre-dispatch inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Communication: Liaise with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries related to dispatch and delivery timelines.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain dispatch reports for management review.

Key skills :

• Proven experience in dispatch or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Tally is MUST.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
