Instrumentation Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Good Knowledge of Cost Estimation / Man Hours Estimation for FEED.
• Good knowledge of International Codes & Standards.
• Good Knowledge of Selection & sizing of Process Instruments for Chemical Plants / Industrial
  Plants / Oil & Gas Plants.
• Preparation of Instrument Index / IO List.
• Preparation of Instrument Hook-ups.
• Preparation of Technical Specification & datasheets for field instruments & Control Systems
  (DCS/PLC/SCADA).
• Preparation of Junction Box & Cable Schedule.
• Preparation of Air Header Schedule.
• Preparation of Instrument Cable Tray Layouts.
• Flowmeter / Control Valve / PSV Sizing.
• Preparation of Loop Drawings.
• Preparation of MTO.
• Technical Bid Analysis of Vendor Offers.
• Experience in 3d Model review meetings with client.

Preferred candidate profile:

• BE degree in Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed Institute.
• We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer specialized in FEED / Detail
  Engineering works of Industrial / Chemical Plants.
• The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial Instrumentation Engineering in
  order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
