Position: Instrumentation Engineer
Experience: 8+ years
Expertise: SPI InTools

We are currently looking for talented Instrumentation Engineers with 3+ years of experience and a strong background in SPI InTools to join our team.

Key Requirements:

D for Instrumentation Engineer:

Experience : 8 15 Years

• Preparation of Instrument List/IO List
• Preparation of Instrument Specification
• Preparation of Instrument data sheet
• Preparation of Cable Schedule/JB/Panel BOM/Cable block diagram
• Preparation of Wiring/Logic/Interconnection Drawings
• Preparation of Hook up Drawings/Loop Diagram
• Instrumentation Installation Specification/MTO/BOM
• Instrument layout/Control room layout/Cable Routing layput/Cable tray Layout/Instrumentation location plan/Layout/F & G layout/3 D modelling
• Understanding/Review of Design basis/Vendor document review/Technical bid Evaluation
• Proficient in reading P &ID/Process control systems like PLC/DCS/SCADA
• Knowledge and preparation of Industrial communication protocols like HART/Modbus/Profibus/Fieldbus etc
• Knowledge and Skills on various standards and regulations like ISA/ASME/API/IEC etc

SOFTWARE/TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED;

• SPI
• AVEVA INSTRUMENTATION
• AUTOCAD
• MS OFFICE
• NAVIS WORKS

SIZING KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• CONTROL VALVE SIZING
• PSV SIZING
• ORIFICE SIZING/FE SIZING
• THERMOWELL SIZING

OTHER SKILL REQUIRED;

• Independently working on projects for timely execution of projects
• Coordination with clients/Inter disciplinary coordination for inputsn and execution of work in agile environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Eager to learn and new technologies and solving the problem\Posses strong communication
• Possess strong planning and strong team management skills with ability to handle multitasks/projects simultaneously

OTHER KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• ATEX/AREA CLASSIFICATION
• INGRESS PROTECTION
• SIL
• LOPA
• HAZOP/HAZID
• INDUSTRIAL COMMUNICATIONS/EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES
• Expertise in SPI InTools
• Strong understanding of instrumentation systems
• Immediate joiners preferred
