Instrumentation Engineer

Role & responsibilities-

• Carryout periodic preventive and breakdown maintenance, Calibration as per respective SOP.
• Maintain Safety standards.
• Maintain Good Housekeeping.
• Making sure that Safety procedure are updated and followed.
• Making sure that CAPA are provided and implemented.
• Maintaining and controlling inventories of spares for routine activity.
• Attending training programs as per the schedules provided.
• Preparation of SOPs of Engineering department and ensures its compliance.
• To coordinate for the preparation of Design Qualification, FAT, URS, Validation protocols, Qualification protocols and related formats of Manufacturing and Testing Instruments.
• Handling of deviation / incidences, Change Control proposals for facility, equipment, equipment shifting and evaluate Validation / Qualification requirements through risk assessment.
• Execution of modification jobs.
• Supervision/ Measurement verification of contractors job.
• Any other task assigned by HOD.
