Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Assistant to join our team
- As a Project Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to project managers and project teams
- You will assist in project planning, tracking progress, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation
- Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets
- Responsibilities:Assist project managers in project planning, including creating project schedules, setting milestones, and defining deliverables
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Track project progress and deadlines, updating project documentation and communicating updates to stakeholders
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports
- Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring they are organized, up to date, and easily accessible
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
- Conduct research and gather information to support project activities
- Help identify and mitigate project risks by maintaining risk registers and assisting in risk assessment activities
- Support the implementation and adoption of project management tools and systems
- Assist in coordinating project-related procurement and vendor management activities
- Provide general administrative support to project managers and project teams, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence
