Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with Ceazurs brand voice, values, and business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful strategies that elevate our apparel collections.
- Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management: Identify and connect with fashion influencers who align with Ceazur’s brand aesthetic and resonate with our target demographic.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, from micro to macro levels, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including product seeding, content scheduling, and communication with influencers to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure influencers create engaging content that showcases Ceazur’s apparel in a natural and authentic way.
- Content Creation & Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers on content creation that reflects Ceazur’s brand identity, ensuring high-quality photos, videos, and stories that align with our visual guidelines.
- Approve content, suggest creative adjustments, and ensure that timelines are adhered to.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Measure key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to assess ROI and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Trend Research & Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends, fashion industry shifts, and emerging platforms.
- Leverage insights to propose new influencer partnerships, creative ideas, and opportunities for Ceazur’s growth.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, creative, and product teams to ensure consistency across all campaigns and marketing efforts.
- Align influencer campaigns with larger brand initiatives, seasonal collections, and product launches.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Traackr, or similar) is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture, particularly in fashion and lifestyle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Passion for fashion and a good eye for trends, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field (preferred but not required).
