Job Description
SCCM/MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager):
- Design, implement, and manage SCCM/MECM infrastructures for application deployment, OS deployment, and patch management.
- Configure and maintain co-management environments with Intune.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM/MECM performance issues, ensuring high availability and efficiency.
Entra ID (Azure Active Directory):
- Design and manage secure authentication and authorization strategies, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Entra ID using protocols like OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
- Manage B2B and B2C identity solutions, hybrid identity setups, and identity protection configurations.
Microsoft Intune:
- Configure and manage Intune for device and application management across all platforms (Windows, iOS, macOS, Android).
- Migrate Group Policies (GPOs) to Intune, leveraging configuration profiles and compliance policies for cloud-based management.
- Optimize device and application management by implementing advanced security measures like Conditional Access.
On-Premises AD (Active Directory):
- Administer and optimize On-Prem AD environments, including Group Policy design and management.
- Plan and execute AD migrations and consolidations with minimal disruption.
- Ensure seamless integration between On-Prem AD and Entra ID for hybrid identity environments.
WSUS (Windows Server Update Services):
- Manage and configure WSUS for efficient patch management and update deployments within the organization.
- Integrate WSUS with SCCM/MECM for better update control and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to update deployments and patch compliance.
Migration Expertise:
- Lead and execute migration projects from On-Prem to cloud-based environments, ensuring smooth transitions and high performance.
- Develop migration strategies, evaluate risks, and implement best practices to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
Strategic Initiatives and Leadership:
- Drive innovation by recommending and implementing new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure that all configurations align with security standards and compliance requirements.
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, compliance, and usage.
- Communicate progress and outcomes effectively with stakeholders and clients.

- Lead the design and execution of IT solutions tailored to meet client and organizational needs.
- Drive cloud migration projects, ensuring high performance and minimal disruption during transitions.
