Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment and employee engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA (HR).
• Experience with recruitment and employee engagement
