Job Description
Insignia Group is looking for Client Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, installations, and maintenance visits for customers
- Communicate with customers to gather service requirements, understand their needs, and provide relevant information
- Assign service technicians or field engineers to service requests based on their availability, skills, and proximity to the customer location
- Monitor and track service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including appointment details, customer interactions, and service outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary parts, equipment, or resources for service visits
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests and any changes in the service schedule
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints related to service delivery
- Ensure compliance with service agreements, contracts, and company policies
- Monitor service performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
