Responsibilities:
- Initiating and strategize content creation, from researching and gathering information to developing content briefs with stakeholders.
- Research industry-related topics by combining online sources, interviews, and studies to inform content development.
- Write clear and engaging marketing copy that effectively promotes our products and services.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems, such as WordPress.
- Proofread and edit blog posts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high quality before publication.
- Submit work to editors for feedback and approval, incorporating their suggestions as needed.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to enhance articles with visuals and illustrations.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO guidelines to improve web traffic and search visibility.
- Promote content across social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Identify customer needs and gaps in existing content, recommending new topics and formats.
- Update website content regularly to keep it relevant and current.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders through interviews and draft reviews to approve optimized content.
- Support content audits to evaluate effectiveness, propose improvements, and explore new opportunities.
- Utilize analytics and user research findings to enhance and expand content across digital platforms.
- Oversee content workflow, ensuring accuracy throughout the editing and proofing stages, from inception to publication.
Qualification:
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
