Role: As a Hybrid Infra Cloud Engineer 2, you will leverage your expertise in Azure, VMware, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms to deliver high-quality consulting services. Your role will focus on implementing, and optimizing hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and robust performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including Migrations, provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable Hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud services.
• Good Knowledge on Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architecture Framework (WAF)
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, Azure AD DS, and related technologies.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and security.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Azure services, features, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, SQL PaaS, and security.
• Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter servers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMware infrastructure, including performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Implement hybrid cloud architectures using Azure, VMware, and HCI platforms.
• Ensure the security of the VMware environment by applying patches, updates, and configuring security settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with automation tools like PowerCLI or Ansible.
• Experience in deployment and configuration of VEEAM backup and replication tool.
• Skilled in NetApp Storage Administration, capacity planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Azure, Migration,VMware, and HCI platforms.
• Proven experience in consulting roles, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
• Proficiency in backup tools and disaster recovery solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
