Job Description
- Lead co-marketing initiatives with technology and agency partners, including webinars, content, events, and digital campaigns.
- Manage various Market Development Funds (MDFs) programs, maximizing MDF allocations received from our strategic global Tech Partners like AWS, Meta, Shopify, etc. Strengthen relationships with global partners , ensuring co-marketing activities and sponsorships are strategically planned and executed.
- Manage sponsorship programs for Insider s flagship events like UPLIFT , collaborating closely with regional teams.
- Support regional teams in executing partner-focused marketing activities , such as workshops, trainings, and enablement programs.
- Track, measure, and optimize partner marketing performance , ensuring all initiatives drive revenue impact and align with business objectives.
- Requirements and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related fields within a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Proven ability to manage MDFs, drive co-marketing initiatives, and scale partner marketing programs globally.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including demand generation, content marketing, sponsorships, and events.
- Experience collaborating with technology and agency partners, ensuring joint value propositions and go-to-market alignment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset, using insights to optimize marketing initiatives and demonstrate revenue impact.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
