Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP/CRM Inside sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer outreach, and sales pipeline management. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning our ERP/CRM solutions to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose appropriate ERP/CRM solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:Qualify leads, track sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, presales, and field sales teams to align sales strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and evolving customer needs in ERP/CRM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP/CRM inside sales or software sales.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and lead nurturing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of ERP/CRM functionalities and their business impact.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/CRM solutions.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals over calls/emails.
