Job Description

What is the role

Act as a primary point of contact for Minor Accounts , addressing inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, or in-person communication
Preparing quotations, facilitating renewals for licencing and agreements were required.
Conduct regular outreach via phone, emails, virtual or onsite meetings to maintain engagement with customers.
Collaborate with other departments (such as customer support and product teams) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell New Era additional products or services.
Partnering with Account Executives to drive account conversions to the Major accounts team
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services, pricing, and promotions to effectively address client inquiries.
Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, logistics, and product management to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Providing regular reports and commentary on pipeline opportunities to grow and expand the customer base.
Engage with Vendors in consultation with management to optimise the pricing and gross margin on the sole opportunities.
Maintaining client account and relationship records in the appropriate system
Ensuring all sales reports and account plans are maintained and up to date
Maintaining proactive and regular communication with all key stakeholders
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitive landscape.
Other related duties as required

Who we are looking for

Someone who has proven sales experience with a track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong relationship building and communication skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Experience with upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Goal- oriented with a focus on delivering results.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft suites.
Tertiary qualification in relevant field is desirable
Experience with PSA tools is desirable but not required
