Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients, qualify leads based on predefined criteria, and determine the appropriate course of action for follow-up.
- Scheduling Calls & Meetings: Set up calls, virtual meetings, and appointments for the sales team with prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
- Information Gathering: Collect relevant information from leads (such as needs, preferences, and pain points) to help the sales team prepare for productive discussions.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead data, call notes, and scheduling details to ensure proper follow-up.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are well-prepared for meetings and have all the necessary information to close deals.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by assisting with setting up sales presentations, sending materials, and following up with leads.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential leads to confirm meetings and provide any additional information requested.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead activity, meeting outcomes, and sales pipeline status to provide visibility to the sales leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales, sales support, or customer service role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and qualify leads effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, schedule meetings, and handle a high volume of inquiries.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify key customer needs and escalate inquiries when necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
- Team Player: Ability to work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and collaboration throughout the sales process.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with sales process and lead qualification strategies.
- Experience in a B2B environment or with SaaS products (if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
