About the Role

Are you passionate about international business and agricultural innovations? Were seeking

dynamic and driven trainees or interns to join our International Business team. This role offers a

golden opportunity to immerse yourself in global sales and marketing, gain hands-on experience in agricultural biological products, and collaborate with industry veterans to expand our presence

across key markets:

• LATAM/North America

• Europe/Middle East

• Asia Pacific/Africa

Key Responsibilities

As part of our International Business team, you will:

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans for diverse regions.

• Conduct in-depth market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.

• Identify and qualify potential sales leads.

• Engage with prospects via social media and email, and arrange virtual or physical meetings.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, partners, and clients.

• Assist in export compliance processes and coordinate with backend teams.

• Support the preparation and submission of product registration documents to regulatory

authorities.

• Collaborate in negotiating and finalizing sales deals under guidance.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.

• Participate in international client meetings and industry events (virtually or in person).

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Masters degree (completed or pursuing) in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a

related field from a reputed institution.

• A keen interest in international business, B2B sales, or agricultural products.

• Knowledge of fertilizers, biologicals, bio stimulants, or herbal pesticides (a plus).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Basic understanding of international markets and trade processes.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A collaborative and team-oriented mind set.
